Bacon

Our award winning, home cured bacon has a wonderful thick, meaty texture with a distinctive taste.  It is perfect as part of a traditional Full English Breakfast, but also work well as an accompaniment to chicken dishes and other meat based stews and pies.  There is no added water to our bacon, meaning it will not disappear before your eyes once cooked!

English Dry Cured Back Bacon – Dry cured on the premises

English Oak Smoked Back Bacon – Cured on the premises

English Dry Cured Streaky Bacon – Traditional streaky bacon, available plain or smoked

Bacon Melts – Our home cure bacon, topped with Mozzarella cheese and red peppers

Warm Bacon Baguettes – Freshly baked baguettes, filled with delicious home cured bacon, with your choice of sauce.  Available every day

 

Gammon & Ham

Our award winning gammon and ham joints are cured on the premises.  They are available in many whole sizes or as slices and so please feel free to ask is you are catering for a special event.

Gammon Ham – Mild cured and cooked overnight in our steam oven for 8 hours for full flavour

Gammon Ham Ends – The 1st cuts of our freshly cooked gammon

Whole Gammon Knuckles – Available smoked or plain
